Arrival & Setup

  • Arrive between 9:00 AM - 10:45 AM to avoid road closures.

  • Head to the registration table

  • All vendors must be fully set up by 10:45 AM.

  • Roads surrounding the park will be closed after 10:45 AM, and no vehicle access will be allowed after that time.

  • Vendor booths will be located on-site in the designated vending area. A team member will guide you upon arrival.

Parking

  • Vendors will be given access to a vendor-only parking area near the site.

  • After unloading, you will be asked to move your vehicle to the designated vendor lot.

  • Please bring a cart or dolly if you have large items.

What to Bring

  • Tent (10x10), tables, chairs, and any signage or decor you need.

  • Power will not be provided, so bring a generator if needed (silent preferred).

  • Bring weights for your tent in case of wind.

  • You are responsible for your point-of-sale setup and changes.

  • Please bring trash bags to cover you

Clean-Up

  • All vendors must clean their area by 7:30 PM.

  • Trash bins will be provided, but you are responsible for removing large items or excessive waste.

  • Can leave no trash behind

Q: What time do I need to arrive?
A: Arrive at  9:00 AM. Vendors must be fully set up by 10:45 AM before the roads close.

Q: Will I be able to park near my booth?
A: You’ll be able to unload near your booth, but then you will need to move your car to the vendor lot. 

Q: Will electricity be provided?
A: No. Please bring a generator if needed (quiet ones only).

Q: Will tables/tents be provided?
A: No. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and tent.

Q: What happens if I arrive late?
A: Roads will be closed by 10:45 AM. Late arrivals will not be allowed to drive in, so be early.

Q: Can I sell merchandise or run raffles?
A: Yes, as long as it follows city and state guidelines. Let us know if you have special needs.

Q: Are vendors responsible for cleanup?

A: YES. This is very important. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the day and must remove all trash and leftover items by 7:30 PM. Please bring garbage bags and pack out anything that doesn’t fit in the event bins.
